Enrique Tessieri is a sociologist who has written, lectured and researched immigration topics internationally, including the Finns of Argentina. He is also editor of Migrant Tales, a community blog founded in 2007 and a leading voice of migrant communities and issues in Finland. Enrique has worked as a foreign correspondent in Finland, Italy, Spain, Argentina, and Colombia. He has written extensively on racism and prejudice. He contributed extensively on Islamophobia in Finland for the European Islamophobia Report. He is a deputy councilperson in the City Council of Mikkeli.
