He delivers two modules on the BA in Management, three modules on Open University’s triple accredited MBA programme, and one module on the MSc in Human Resource Management. As a full-time e-Learning practitioner he uses a combination of online learning platforms which include synchronous delivery of tutorials and lectures using the Adobe Connect, and asynchronous learning using forums, blogs, online repositories, wiki’s and multi-media sources (embedded in Open University’s Moodle platform). Students are assessed in both continuous and summative formats through the uploading and online marking of assignments and end-of-module written assessments.

Lecturing since 2010, Andy’s subject areas are business strategy, sustainable entrepreneurship, contextual HR management, business ethics and leadership, and delivers and assesses the culminative research project for the MBA. His knowledge, understanding, and experience in online learning is recognised and utilised by his faculty, and Andy regularly mentors new tutors and reviews performance through peer monitoring. He has been appointed critical reader in the development of three new modules, including two electives on the MBA programme and is a contributor to the development of the revised MSc in HR.
