Associate Consultant
Lee Ann is Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director in the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling in the University of North Dakota. She has over 20 years combined experience with an emphasis on disability employment and inclusion. Her expertise includes disability culture in the workplace, supplier diversity, strategic planning and management, and educational system transition planning (school to work). She has written and published extensively on disability and employment. She is the incoming president in 2023 of the National Rehabilitation Counseling Association of the United States. She has consulted and advised internationally, especially in the Middle East.
