Biography

Jumana is a seasoned education consultant with 25+ years of experience specializing in program leadership, inclusive learning, and institutional strengthening across Jordan and the MENA region. She excels in designing and delivering high-impact education initiatives—from teacher training and TVET to higher education and refugee programs—working collaboratively with ministries, universities, UN agencies, and donor partners.
A fluent communicator in Arabic and English, Jumana brings deep expertise in inclusive and crisis-sensitive education, monitoring and evaluation, and education systems alignment. Notably, she served as an Academic Associate with UNHCR, advancing TVET and connected learning for refugee populations, and as Program Lead at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy, spearheading teacher capacity-strengthening initiatives like Teach Like a Champion. Currently, as an Associate Consultant at Universal Learning Systems, she supports projects linking higher education outcomes to workforce needs and institutional resilience.
Jumana’s contributions are grounded in her dual CAS credentials in Education in Emergencies and Higher Education in Emergencies from the University of Geneva, as well as advanced training in emotional intelligence, online learning design, and equity-driven education.
With her blend of visionary strategy, hands-on implementation, and multi-stakeholder coordination, Jumana plays a pivotal role in driving transformative, inclusive education solutions aligned with national and international priorities.
